Escape the crowds and snap stunning photos on an unforgettable Photo Trek! Head off the beaten track today to see the coastal sights of Juneau on a unique type of personal scooter - a Segway. You'll hit the road and the beach on this fun, 3 hour tour.

As you set out, you will immediately encounter views of the majestic Mendenhall Glacier. Cruise the coastline and make several stops for photos while you take in the pristine waters of Lynn Canal, part of the Inside Passage.

Because you are on a Segway, you will have the opportunity to intimately interact with nature. Listen for eagle calls in flight, the waves lapping the shoreline, and maybe even spy the occasional breaching humpback whale.

Then hop off your Segway and walk a short 7 minute trail to a secluded beach to enjoy locally sourced refreshments. Immerse yourself in the Tongass National Forest, a temperate rain forest and the largest National Forest in the US.

What an absolutely gorgeous day in Juneau Alaska! Bright sunny skies and 73° made for a really beautiful Segway tour. Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable and riding a Segway, (which we had never done before) was easy and fun for our family of five. We were so pleased that the tour included views of the gorgeous snowcapped mountains, a great view of the Mendenhall glacier, and we spotted several whales in the bay! As bald eagles flew overhead, this seemed like a quintessential Alaska experience and we enjoyed it so much. Thank you Audrey and Ben!

Beautiful scenery and got some shots of eagles. The walking trail was very informative and interesting as you walked through the Arctic rain forest. However, be aware the "7 minute walking trail" is down hill and then back up hill after spending time on the pebble beach. Our snack was a delicious salmon spread on rice crackers.

The Segway tour was so much fun for me and my family. Our tour guide, Meki, was patient and kind with us newbies and shared interesting stories and facts about the area. The scenery was spectacular, both forest and shore. Meki also shared a delicious local salmon dip that we devoured in minutes. Highly recommend this tour.
