What To Expect

Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier

The tour will pass the rebuilt Pleasure Pier, which was once the home of the Flagship Hotel.

1892 Bishop's Palace

There will be opportunities for taking photographs and videos along the tour with special attention given to The Bishops Palace, The Sacred Heart Cathedral, and the Sealy and Moody Mansions.

Moody Mansion

There will be opportunities for taking photographs and videos along the tour with special attention given to The Bishops Palace, The Sacred Heart Cathedral, and the Sealy and Moody Mansions.

Galveston Railroad Museum

You will pass the Railroad Museum used during prohibition, which was the most infamous era in Galveston’s history.

The Seawall

The tour will end at the sea where you can mingle with the surfers on the Seawall.

Great way to see Galveston and learn the history of the city! Our guide Aaron was great and focused on making sure we had fun and were safe. We were novices on the segways but by the end felt like experts. We had so much fun!

Our tour guide was awesome and the history of Galveston Island was impressive. We tour the Strand to the Seawall and more. The neighborhoods were filled with unique and majestic homes and spotting tree carvings became interesting and fun. I would highly recommend this Segway tour.
