We have done many segway tours and prefer the ones that use headsets, especially in city tours. Also, the training has usually been before the tour.. not part of the total time paid for. Aside from that, it was enjoyable. Joseph was very personable and informative. It was nice to do this tour first thing.. then we later found the spots we wanted to revisit.

My wife and I had never ridden Segways before and were a bit nervous. The day before, she hurt herself trying to ride an electric scooter, and she was afraid this experience would be similarly challenging. However, Joseph took his time to make sure we each knew how to ride a Segway before we got started, then took us on a delightful tour of the city. The tour proved to be the highlight of our trip to San Antonio.
