I arrived at 8:40 for my 9:00 tour on 10/21/18. At 9:20 there was still nobody there so I left. I called their number and explained to the woman who answered what had happened. Her reply: "Oh. Do you want to reschedule?" I politely declined, and asked for a refund. She said "Ok" and hung up the phone. Zero apology for my wasted time and disappointment. I did get my refund a few days later.

Our guide was Robert and he was great. Provided some good information. Love riding Segways! We had done it before so it came easy to us, but he spent time with a few others to make sure they were comfortable and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend.

Robert was our guide and he expertly lead us through the city imparting interesting facts with great humour. We went at just the right pace and the two hours flew by. I was particularly grateful that, as experienced riders, we didn't have to spend the first thirty minutes of the tour going through laborious health and safety! Once he established that the whole group were safe to ride, off we went. We rode along Riverwalk, visited the Alamo, La Villita and Tower of Americas. I'd recommend that you take this tour as soon as you arrive in San Antonio, then you'll know which bits of the city you'll want to go back and spend more time in... Great service, good value, fantastic fun. Thanks Robert!
