Great experience, well organized (for the most part), meant for those with a sense of adventure, simply and fun. The staff could have been friendlier. But overall worth the $$$! :)

We had a fabulous time and I'd out it on the "must do before I die" list. The experience went off as described... Things that need improvement: timeliness (we had routine and extensive delays without information about the reason), raft guides should have more of an outgoing personality - they need tobe both personable and knowledable, and lastly there should be a team leader who can explain what to do and when (a bit of confusion at the start of the rafting trip). I really enjoyed our bus driver - she had a few issues to handle and did so very professionally.
