Although wheelchairs are not permitted to leave the dock with us, we can assist guests with loading and unloading wheelchair bound guests onto the boat. Just came back from the best tour have ever been on hands down! Albert was the man! Got to see female and male alligators along with babies hop on the lily pads and going for a swim! The birds were incredible as well seeing them from when they are young to being a full grown colorful animal. Will 100 % do this tour again when I come back. Also the tour was very engaging, you do not feel like a stranger, you feel welcomed and like friends from the start. Albert you the man!
