Although wheelchairs are not permitted to leave the dock with us, we can assist guests with loading and unloading wheelchair bound guests onto the boat. We simply ask that you advise us of any accessibility concerns at the time of booking so that we are prepared to accommodate you.

This was an Awesome fun thing to do in Miami! I'm so glad I booked with them! They were very accommodating. I wasn't able to fit into their normal group of 5 or 6 people and they still allowed me to go at my normal time...BY MYSELF! That was an amazing experience to go alone! I appreciate them not cancelling me like a lot of other places would. Jack, my guide, was fun, friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He was flexible as to where to go. We found a few gators. It was really fun! Thank yall so much. Would definitely recommend to others.

Captain Jack was our tour guide and he did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a group of 5 so we had the boat to ourselves. It was a fun afternoon riding the airboat
