Overview

This door-to door, semi-private, modified "hop-on, hop-off" wine tasting tour service allows you to create your own itinerary in the Paso Robles Wine Country. The approximately 5+hour service picks you up, shuttles you to the winery appointments scheduled on your behalf and returns you at the end of the day. The à la carte fare offers choices from over 90 wineries in the region from which you can request for your day but does not include lunch (can be added) or tasting fees (can also be added for specific wineries). Once you’ve picked your fare, and 4 wineries you’d like to request for your day, you will send them (4 priority+2 backups) at your earliest convenience. They will then create your itinerary, and make the appointments for your party, provided they can be accommodated, and take you accordingly throughout the day. Large parties (7+) have limited options for winery choices.

Just went this past weekend for Mother’s Day 5/8/2021. Chose the East Side tour and went to Hemingway first. Gorgeous winery with a very chill vibe. They were just setting up for mid-afternoon music but we were scheduled to have lunch at Robert Hall. Our driver Spencer got us there exactly at 1pm. At this point we are starving and little tipsy from the first tasting. Come to find out the kitchen is closed for lunch at 1pm. Yes, that is ridiculous!! We begged our waiter to bring us something more than cheese and bread and he begrudgingly brought us out 2 sandwiches. My vegan daughter who was also ravenous AND tipsy had nothing to eat. I complained the Jason at the Wine Line. He was shocked that they were closed for lunch. He offered to supply a veggie wrap at a cost. Little shocking to us, since he should have known that our only lunch spot would not be serving lunch. Finally, he offered to pay for the sandwich and Spencer had it available at our next winery which was Eberle. We skipped Penman because we drove by it on the way to Hemmingway’s and it looked sad. I’m sure they have great wines. Anyway, back at Eberle all is good. They have a beautiful tasting spot in the shade looking out over sprawling vineyards. Definitely the best stop. Shout out to our driver Spencer who was over the top helpful and a pleasure to chat with. All and all a good bordering on great experience!!

We booked our wine tour with The Wine Line and had a fantastic experience. Our driver/tour guide, Jeremy, was punctual, very knowledgeable, offered recommendations and some fun facts. Reservations were pre-arranged at each winery based on our wish list and we were happy with our choices. Lunch at Vina Robles was AMAZING! And Le Vigne was probably our favorite stop. Would definitely book again!

Bruce was great. He was fun and friendly. Very good communication and handled our every need! The wineries were gorgeous and we are already planning a trip back! Zero hassle or issue. This was a verity easy and enjoyable afternoon. I’m glad I didn’t have to worry about making any reservations- everything was planned for me. The bus was clean and all stops were a good atmosphere.
