I don’t even know where to start with the unprofessionalism and lack of communication. My husband and I are in California for our honeymoon and decided we wanted to take a day tour in Yosemite. This company was a headache from the get go. We called and talked to Ramji the day we booked and he confirmed our departure location for our 8AM departure the next day, though gave us the incorrect name of the hotel/meeting point. The website lists several departure locations and does not specify where the main pick-up point is. Our cell phone service hasn’t been great, since we are close to the park and from out of town. When we woke up the morning of the tour, we had an email indicating that our tour wasn’t running and they were putting us on another tour, one leaves an hour earlier. We were staying about an hour from the pickup location and couldn’t possibly have made it on time. The email stated, “please call if you would like to change to a private tour or cancel the tour”. Because of the short notice, I called to cancel. I spoke to Ramji again, who provided no solution. He said “we gave you enough notice” and indicated that we were made aware of the early departure time during our initial call. He refused to cancel or move our tour date, DESPITE the fact that it wasn’t even the same tour. Ramji was very unprofessional in the way he spoke to me and hung up on me. Luckily, we booked through Viator, who was able to refund us and find us a new tour with a different company.
My advice: steer clear of this tour company if you can, because they will change your plans without notification. If you do have to book with them, make sure it is through a third party company who can assist you when this happens again.

First of all you cancelled the tour and never went on the tour. We had already reserved seats for you and bought lunches for you. I had spoken to your husband the day before and we discussed the departure time to be 7 am from Fish Camp. He agreed to meet us at 7 am and you called in the morning at 6.42 pm according to my phone log from Fresno which is 1.5 hour away from your pick up and no way you were going to make it even at 8 am. Fish Camp pick up is for people who are staying there in the hotels and air bnbs not for people who are staying hours away and trying to save few dollars by driving for hours to go to Fish Camp. Also there will be issues with where you will park and where you will meet the guide and that takes time to figure out.
As you know the park is going through changes in the entry in the park with prior permits only and its taking hours to get in if you go later in the day so we are trying to get our guests in early and have great time in the park instead of waiting in lines for hours.
Finally about your booking was made as Semi Private Tour and we could not accommodate you on Semi Private Tour ( we need at least two couples for Semi Private Tour ) so instead of cancelling you we changed your booking to Group Tour as we were sending a Larger Vehicle and you would have great time in the park. We also offered you to change your tour to Private Tour and that would have cost you more. We also gave you option to cancel the tour the night before but you never responded to E Mail from Viator Sysytem, Phone calls from our office and also Text messages from our office. We didn't want to keep you hanging without a tour and you would not be able to enter the park on your own without a permit. If we had just cancelled your booking then we wouldn't be talking about anything now.
We take pride in our services and hope to make as many people happy as we can. Hopefully you give us another chance in future and I would personally take you on a Tour.
