Seven Three Distilling Co.

Join us for a distillery tour and learn about craft distillation, artisanal spirits and the history of our storied neighborhood. Whether you’re a NOLA local, a day-tripper or visiting from far and wide, we can’t think of a more pleasant way to enjoy an afternoon with friends. The 45-minute tour begins with the intriguing history and tradition of distilling in New Orleans. Learn how distillation evolved along with the other pleasures that made this wonderful city famous, and absorb the history of our celebrated neighborhood, Old Treme. Tour our production area, where you’ll get to sample our offerings while enjoying an overview of our process and equipment, learn exactly what goes into making each bottle of fine spirits, and get up close and personal with our mash tun, bottling line and unique, and custom-built double pot still.

We found Seven Three thru Groupon and figured we would give it a shot as we had some time in the afternoon before our full group arrived. I have to say, this turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Sounds weird to say that about a 45 min distillery tour but it wasn’t your ordinary tour and tasting. Our tour guide Michael was knowledgeable, funny, and passionate about the products. He not only explained the differences in the spirits, before each taste he provided history on each neighborhood the spirit was named after...a great balance of fun and educational. And you don’t have to leave immediately after the tour...hang around at the bar and enjoy some yummy mixed drinks as well. #spirtswithasenseofplace

My wife, another couple, and I toured Seven Three and loved it! Very informative (Michael was a great tour guide) and the spirits were fantastic, especially for how new the distillery is. The rum is absolutely amazing!! Definitely recommend!!

We have done the tour twice, once in 2018 and again, just last weekin 2019. Seven Three is our favorite in NOLA. the staff is great, the informaion is entertaining and enlightening, and the spirits are by far our favorites! We have done several tours and you guys remain our favorite. Thank you!
