What To Expect

Seven Three Distilling Co.

Join us for a distillery tour and learn about craft distillation, artisanal spirits and the history of our storied neighborhood. Whether you’re a NOLA local, a day-tripper or visiting from far and wide, we can’t think of a more pleasant way to enjoy an afternoon with friends. The 45-minute tour begins with the intriguing history and tradition of distilling in New Orleans. Learn how distillation evolved along with the other pleasures that made this wonderful city famous, and absorb the history of our celebrated neighborhood, Old Treme. Tour our production area, where you’ll get to sample our offerings while enjoying an overview of our process and equipment, learn exactly what goes into making each bottle of fine spirits, and get up close and personal with our mash tun, bottling line and unique, and custom-built double pot still.

Had the full distillery tour, alcohol samples and drinks afterward were fantastic. But the real highlight was our tour guide, Casey. She was awesome! She had great facts about distillation and the city of New Orleans. Already recommending tours with her to friends.

One of the most informative entertaining distillery tours I have been on. The different spirits are all named after districts in New Orleans. Very clever and definitely a tribute to New Orleans. The cocktail bar is warm and inviting and offers a wide selection of specialty drinks utilizing the products sold, and they are all wonderful. Our bartender was willing to share the correct amount of ingredients in a drink recipe to help us duplicate the recipe at home. The small gift shop has a nice selection of branded merchandise, including T-shirts, baseball caps, kitchenware, and, of course, bottles of all alcohol except the whiskey due to a short supply. Their Bywater Bourbon is not available yet, and I am looking forward to its release in June or July 2020. I highly recommend the tour, the St. Roch Cucumber Vodka, and the aged Gentilly Gin. Also, definitely take the time to enjoy some of the specialty cocktails.

Unique tasting, great bar after tour. Smooth Vodka. The Gin was flavorful. Michael and Casey gave a great Tour! Hopefully they are an up and coming brand! I would visit again.
