I have been to NYC many many times over the years and know the city fairly well and haven’t ever had a need or reason to do a tour. I took a chance with the Sex and city tour and gotta be honest I was a little disappointed. I can’t say for me it was worth $70. I thought there would be more on and off stops but majority of the time was on the bus looking out the window so no real photo opportunities. Our guide Kristiana was nice and knew her stuff and our tour date was the day after the SATC reboot show and she did not give out any spoilers (in case some of us hadn’t watched yet) but was able to point out some locations where current filming has happened. The first stop is to the sex shop Charlotte got the “rabbit”. You get maybe 15 minutes to shop there. The next stop in Greenwich village is just to grab the mini Magnolia cupcake which was preordered so you aren’t going to Magnolia inside yourself. And then around the corner is the site of Carrie Bradshaw’s apartment where you have time to take a photo. Last stop was to “scout’s bar” which is O’Neill’s bar for the cosmo ($10 and not included in tour amount paid). It was crowded and not really room for all of us. I got booted from 2 tables I tried to sit down at and the other patrons of the bar most definitely looked annoyed that our big tour bus just rolled in on them. It took awhile to get our drink and at that point I almost broke off from the tour and was gonna skip out on waiting for my cosmo any longer. The drop off point is Bryant Park and right now the winter market it set up which could be a nice way to end the trip but we did decide to break off from tour after the bar. I think it’s worth mentioning to the pick up point is at Pulitzer fountain outside the plaza hotel on the west side of fountain. The bus was large white bus and the guide had a blue umbrella so all easy to locate and figure out. Their communication via text was great, and Overall the tour company is professional and organized. I think I just expected more for my money. This tour is a way to sit on a bus and take a break and hopefully have some fun. On location tours offers several types of tours, and I am glad I gave it a try but wouldn’t do it again.

Our tour guide was such an incredible welcoming girl! Had so much knowledge not just about SATC but about NY as a whole! She really made the experience 10/10 would highly recommend
