This was our 6th time zip lining, definitely different than most previous experiences because usually your guides can make or break your experience. It starts from the way your greeted in the small office in the strip mall with limited seating, to the low energy in getting you set up, usually guides give you a little history on the land your going to be doing your tour on during the drive, usually they joke with you a bit on the platforms etc. our female guide was definitely the better half. We could say more, but basically we didn’t book until 2 weeks beforehand and being Christmas time, everyone & everything was booked solid and we were grateful to get a couple spots period. The lines were fun, and we love a zipline so the setup is fine also, still provided fun and thrills. We only did the 5 lines, because we were concerned about one of us might not be able to do the steep hiking involved, to do the 8 lines. We wish we could have gotten into Kauai Backcountry because we know their guides are fun.

Personnel were very courteous and explained the zip lining very well. I enjoyed all 5 zip lines. The view of the area was fantastic. The zip line location was very close to the office.
