Shared 2 Hours Group Surf Lesson at Venice Beach

Overview

We are a FUN SURF LA surf school based on Venice Beach. Our goal is for you to have an excellent experience surfing, whether it's your first time trying surfing or you are trying to advance your skills. For the first 30-40 minutes we will be training on the beach - then it’s one hour with the instructors in the ocean. The remaining time is yours to practice your skills and have fun with the surfboards that we provide you.

We’ll be giving lessons on Venice Beach - one of the most famous beaches in California. You’ll be able to not only enjoy the ocean and get surfing experience, but also explore the unique spirit of the eccentric cultural hub of Venice Beach.

It was awesome! If you're a beginner, these guys know what they're doing. Very professional, great instructors everyone surfed today in our group of 11. My husband and I had so much fun, we definitely left with smiles on our faces.

Alejandro and frank were great coaches, their instructions were clear and simple, I was catching white wash and face waves within 30 mins of getting in the water.

First time surfing, a great introduction to the basics, but more importantly guidance in the water. Both instructors, Alejandro & Nick were helpful in and out of the water, in addition to answering general beginner surfing questions I had. I would recommend to those looking for an introduction to surfing. Parking was easy for me because I got there early (1 PM for a 2 PM class) - I was able to park in the same lot where the class is held. I would recommend doing the same, just lay out on the beach while you wait.
