Shared 2 Hours Group Surf Lesson at Venice Beach

Overview

We are a FUN SURF LA surf school based on Venice Beach. Our goal is for you to have an excellent experience surfing, whether it's your first time trying surfing or you are trying to advance your skills. For the first 30-40 minutes we will be training on the beach - then it’s one hour with the instructors in the ocean. The remaining time is yours to practice your skills and have fun with the surfboards that we provide you.

We’ll be giving lessons on Venice Beach - one of the most famous beaches in California. You’ll be able to not only enjoy the ocean and get surfing experience, but also explore the unique spirit of the eccentric cultural hub of Venice Beach.

I for once not the best swimmer and haven't swam for the longest time. However the instructor kept me safe and confident that I wont be eaten by a shark or drown with a belly filled with salt water. It was definitely one experience I'll never forget. Thanks again for everything.

Long ago, I was addicted to those Grunion Hunts. Thousands of people (mostly teenagers) would run, walk or drive to the beach cities so that they could see those Grunions performing their primordial role in propagating their species. My nostalgia is alive & well and I visit Venice Beach at least once a year. It is exhilarating to walk on those beaches, pop in to a rewstaurant or simply watch those waves and surfriders splash on the beach.

I just had my first surf lesson with these guys and it was amazing! The instructors are phenomenal! I have never surfed before in my life and thanks to their attentive guidance both on land and in the water I was able to pop up on a board a few times. I will never forget this day. If you are looking for a great place to learn how to surf - book with them!
