Overview

This is not your usual scripted tour. In contrast, it is customized and peppered with discussions about Los Angeles culture and history. By the end of this tour, you will have all the "Must Have" LA pictures.

With our smaller size air-conditioned vehicles, we have access to locations that other companies only wish they could access.

During the trip, you will have 3-4 actual stops at the most iconic locations throughout the city, and get the best photo opportunities as well as the stories behind the places by your own local tour guide.

We will cruise through the mountains for the BEST outlook points like Mulholland Dr, make a stop at the HOLLYWOOD SIGN (SUPER CLOSE), and jump out at famous Palm Trees' Street. Also, we will see the American Film Academy, where hundreds of blockbusters (X-Men, SpiderMan, Rush Hour...) were shot and explore the hidden gems of Sunset Strip, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Dr, etc...

This was my first time visiting LA and I was looking forward to an amazing experience on this tour. However, I had to bring my luggage along. A customer service rep informed me that luggage would not be allowed on tour and gave me directions to a luggage storage place right down the street from the starting point of the tour. When I arrived, however, there was no storage place. It seems to have been replaced with a crystal shop. I attempted to call Golden Ticket Bus Tours but they never answered the phone. So, sadly to say- I missed the tour, didn’t get a refund, and did not have an amazing LA experience.

Hi Phylicia, it appears that you simply did not show up for your scheduled tour at all. There is a note saying that you've been called twice and did not pick up and no incoming call was received from you. I'm pretty intrigued as to why you would not show up to the office at all if you are right down the street. Had you come to our office you would have found out that we have storage place for suitcases. You did not even attempt to be rebooked for the next departure which is quite surprising knowing that we are open all day. Not too sure why someone would send you to a different location when you could have just left them at our office. Are you sure you called the right number? According to our reservation system, your tour was scheduled for 10:45 AM. Our office opens at 9 AM. That's plenty of time to come to the office check in and see what can be done with your suitcase. We never had a situation where someone would not come to the office and check-in if they are down the street. If you missed your tour, we could have just put you on the next one available. Macgregor was our great tour guide. He seemed to know everything and had a song or funny story to tell us all the way round. He took us to a great spot to see the Hollywood sign and then continued the tour. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the snacks provided were good. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour which was a perfect length. Macgregor gave us lots of advice of things to see and do while in LA. Would highly recommend.
