The trip was delayed by almost two hours. We were standing on the sidewalk and no one called us about the delay. I had to keep calling why the bus was not arriving . They missed the beaches. The person on the line mentioned some refund but I have not heard from anyone yet.

What a great time my family and I had!! Alberto was a fantastic guide!! Very knowledgeable and personable!! Gave us soo much information about the different sites. Right away he explained that due to the homeless problem we wouldn't see Venice Beach so we get that and the pandemic caused the Griffith observatory to be closed so it is what is. Alberto made up for it by giving us more time at the Chinese theater area. We were able to see and take pictures from there. Mel's diner was great! Food and atmosphere was what is expected from a 50's diner. We saw Neil Sedaka. So cool. Alberto even took us back along the ocean, beautiful. All in all a great time for being in California for first time. Thanks again Alberto!!

Thank you for you most welcome comments concerning your time with us. As you noted, we were obliged to make some changes to our itinerary due to security and government imposed restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and kind words. I have shared your review with Alberto who asked me to thank you.

Overall it was OK. It was mostly driving around and pointing around streets/locations. We couldnā€™t really get off to take pictures, we barely took pictures as he passed by places. Another person on the tour even told him to slow down so we could all try to take some decent pictures. We didnā€™t get to see or go to Venice beach as advertised due to there being ā€œhomeless peopleā€ and the pandemic. He shouldā€™ve told us PRIOR to the tour as I really wanted to see Venice beach. Now I wonder had we gone, if weā€™d even be able to get off at Venice beach anyway. I did enjoy the Hollywood walk of fame stars but we didnā€™t have time to see them all. Their way of us seeing the Hollywood sign was a joke, we had to climb a building in order to take pics of it as it was in the far distant background. We also we not allowed to shop or walk around on rodeo street, we just drove by there. He took us to the farmers market instead of Venice beach and it was disappointing. I didnā€™t pay all this money to get taken to a farmers market. Only plus was the bus had A/C. I definitely donā€™t recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to share your input. We understand how disappointing itinerary changes can be. We do not make changes easily or without careful deliberation. Our primary concern is always the safety of our guests. Some changes are made due to limitations imposed on us by government agencies due to situations like the recent pandemic and unprecedented security concerns due to the increase in the homeless population. With media reports of significant security issues in Venice Beach, we opted to go to the Farmer's Market which has been a popular tourist attraction in Los Angeles since 1935. Again, we appreciate your input and hope for your understanding.
