Driver was supposed to pickup at 4:30pm. No calls or texts until after I called at 4:45pm. Said driver would be there in 10 minutes but at 5:05 I finally shared a taxi with a friend. Barely made or flight.

This booking through Viator was fulfilled by SpeediShuttle and I was thoroughly happy with the experience. I got confirmation texts and phone calls after the booking and they responded very quickly to Viator’s internal text function. It was an early morning pickup and they arrived right on time, just a couple of minutes before pickup time. Very nice vehicle, large, new, clean, and well-maintained. They only did 2 pickups total, with a total of 3 passengers, before heading to the airport, so we didn’t have to spend a lot of time on pickups. The driver was friendly and the ride was very pleasant. I will aim for SpeediShuttle transfers every time in the future.

They called 24 hours ahead to confirm the ride. About 2 hours before my ride, the airline delayed my flight. I called them and the were able to put me onto a later shuttle so I avoided a long airport stay.
