After being picked up from your hotel by a friendly driver, you’ll hop in a comfortable Mercedes shuttle and be whisked off to the airport.

We booked Speedi Shuttle through a third party service for airport pickup and return. They arrived for airport pickup. For the airport return, we were scheduled to be picked up at 5:30 AM. We confirmed the pick up the day prior. No one showed up to take us to the airport. The office did not open until 8 AM. There was not a 24 hour number to call. When we called asking for a refund, they refused saying we needed to go through the third party service and said they had no record of the problem. They made us spend $350 in taxis and airline changes because we missed our flight due to their negligence.

Visitor’s partner, Speedishuttle was great. Booked shared ride but was only person. Driver was personable, courteous, and professional. He was a safe driver. Would use again.
