Ensure a hassle-free way to end your vacation with this convenient, reliable transfer from your Big Island hotel in Kona, Hualalai Resort, Keauhou, Waikoloa Beach, Waikoloa Village, Mauna Lani or Mauna Kea to the Kona International Airport (KOA). After being picked up from your hotel by a friendly driver, you’ll hop in a comfortable Mercedes shuttle and be whisked off to the airport.

You MUST select a hotel that coincides with the area in the itinerary section of this product. Failure to do so will result in a cancelled booking.

Unfortunately the ride booking never got to the provider of the shuttle service and we were having to find alternate travel arrangements. That said, a refund was promptly issued for the contract ride.

I wanted to specify what time to go to airport but there’s no option. You are required to give flight number and they base pick up time on that. I tried calling and changing the pick up time and they refused. So I had to make different arrangements. Not good service!!!!!
