The bus ride to the hotel was smooth and well done.

I was expecting to pick up a voucher for the trip to the hotel and a voucher for the return trip to the airport on the 13th of January. Do I need to contact you about a pickup time?

The coach was very comfortable and the staff was very organized. We booked the round trip and it worked out well. I would definitely choose this versus a cab/taxi because traffic is crazy in Honolulu. So this way you can sit back and relaxed with your prepaid transportation.
