Easy to find the operators in the baggage collection area, they were expecting me and we left Honolulu airport about 15 minutes after I collected my luggage and was in my hotel about 30 minutes later.....very good service and very reasonable cost.....I heard on American family of two plus a baby quoted US$80 for the trip.

Very polite people. Liked having a sign up. Not too thrilled about the wait time in the terminal though.

We books with viator a transfer from Honolulu to Waikiki Park Heights
We upgraded and paid for our transfer to a lei greeting which we did Not receive!! The driver that picked us up. Drove around the block for half an hour trying to find the Waikiki Parkes Heights, then when finally got to our condo we rang viator. When we finally got the thought to someone. I explained the situation and I was put on hold while the man spoke to his manager. After around 14 minutes been on hold I hung up. We are really NOT HAPPY at all. Firstly because our children missed out on the experience of the lei greeting and secondly, we paid for a service that we didn't receive!
