it worked fine. they picked up in baggage claim and took us to hotel and then picked up at hotel and brought us back to airport

In spite of booking the pick up in advance and being told that the rep would meet us at Arrivals at Honolulu Airport, there was no-one to meet us. There was no signage to direct us and when we found the queue, the representative did not know that we had a pre-booking. We had to wait 15 minutes for a Shuttle to arrive and then tell the driver that we had pre-booked and should get on the shuttle in advance of those other passengers who were in the queue and had not booked.

On the return to Honolulu Airport from the hotel, two Shuttles came and went, telling us that they only had drop-offs and that someone else would pick us up. The pick arrived 15 minutes late.

In spite of the poor organisation both drivers were polite and helpful. My complaint is about the organisation of this Shuttle company.
