Have used this transport for the last 8 years, are always on time, the representative meets you at the baggage claim, take your baggage and load onto the van, you do not have to do a thing.
The representative has very good knowledge of Honolulu and will tell you anything you want to know.

Quite organized. You will meet shuttle personnel in baggage area or when you exit terminal. On-time pickup from hotel to airport
