This was very nice. With the lei greeting that I purchased, she met us at the gate w/a name sign when we got out of plane. She greeted our party with leis and was a great way to start our vacation. it is a large airport and we had a little one and luggage to carry so instead of walking through the airport to baggage claim, perhaps she could have offered the airport shuttle service to baggage claim. We used it when we flew back. Overall it was very nice. The van and driver were very pleasant.
