Friendly, courteous, on time, very reasonably priced compared to taxi. This company seems to dominate (in a good way) passenger transfers in the Honolulu area. We saw their vans (nice Mercedes) everywhere we went. Easy to find at the airport luggage arrival area (they actually walk around and call the names of people they are expecting on flights and have a well marked desk) for transfers to hotels or ships. They call 24 hours in advance of the trip from the hotel to the airport to confirm pickup times.

Shuttle was easy to find at the airport upon arrival. I booked a round trip voucher and they called the day before I was flying out to confirm the pick-up time. They arrived on-time at the hotel to for pick up and allowed just the right amount of time before my flight for check-in, getting through security, etc.
