After being met in baggage claim and receiving assistance with your luggage, you’ll hop in a comfortable Mercedes shuttle and be whisked off to your destination. Upon departure, you will be picked up from your door and transported comfortably back to the airport.

We were picked up from the airport, but when I approached the person to make sure he had our booking, he had to phone the offices to confirm our booking, as he didn't appear to have our name on his list. Other than that, the service was very efficient in both directions.
