I was not happy that we had to wait 45minutes too be picked up at the airport arriving from Maui then we had to pick up more people and take them to the cruise terminal took 1 1/2 hours to get tho our hotel wouldn't recommend you're service to anyone very unprofessional.

The ride was cool and comfortable but there was no one there to meet us. We went outside to meet the van but someone should have been inside letting us know where to go. On the return, they had the wrong information listed and would have tried to pick us up from the wrong location if I had not called to verify. This was all communicated when I bought the tour so I was not happy with that. The drivers were both friendly.

It was ok on my way there. But on my way back, they were sooo late that I even didn't stay waiting them and took a taxi in order to be in the airport on time. The girl on the line couldn't verify me by surname and reference number for 10 min and was disrespectful. I could miss my flight because of their delay and I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone!
