Very well organized. Our pick up from the hotel to the airport was prompt. Since this was a shared ride, it did take almost an hour to/from the airport and hotel in Waikiki, but we got to see parts of the city that otherwise we would have missed. Our friendly driver, Michael, was like a tour guide.

The initial trip in was OK and the driver was quite pleasant and welcoming. The return trip to the airport was nerve wracking to say the least. We had a 10:10 pm international flight to Canada on Friday Aug 23. Our scheduled pickup was 7:40 pm at our hotel, Royal Garden Wyndham. The driver was more than 20 minutes late to begin with. Next he proceeded to two additional hotels for pickup stops right in Waikiki. All this time I kept checking my watch. Since we did not know what kind of lineup we would face when we arrived at the airport, we were worried we would miss our flight. When the driver finally picked up the last person, he raced to the airport. Admirable that he attempted to speed up the process, but we felt a little unsafe driving at that speed. Luckily when we got to the airport, the lines were not long , and we made it to our flight ontime. Needless to say, we do not want to go through that experience again.
