Good experience.

There was a Speedi Shuttle representative in the baggage claim area, in addition to posted signs. During my stay, I changed hotels which was no problem and I was picked up promptly and dropped off to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Also, Rena is a safe driver and I enjoyed her company on the way to the airport.

It was a bit confusing, the pick-up. The paper said they'd pick us up at baggage claim but when we got there we couldn't find anyone who represented Viator. We had to go in search of information about pick-up by the company. When we finally found the representatives they were huddled in a group of three. No one offered to take our luggage and they just told us where to go verbally. BUT the pick-up at the hotel to airport was excellent. The driver and the person in charge at the hotel were extremely hospitable. They went out of their way to take our luggage and made sure we were comfortable. The shuttle was nice and air condition and when they dropped us off they were kind. I would recommend you all!!
