Once we hooked up with service that was provided by Speedi Shuttle through Viator, everything was great. Suggest you give clearer initial instructions on where to find shuttle. We were told that someone would be meeting us in baggage claim area, that is not true. We had to walk outside, go to the next gate area, and ask if they were associated with Viator. They had our name on the list and we were on the next shuttle. Luckily I remembered that the shuttle we booked was a Mercedes. Did not see any other shuttles that were Mercedes, just Viator that uses Speedi.

The pickup from the airport was very nice and if I had actually been picked up at my hotel to be taken to the airport this would be a 5 star review. Nobody contacted me to arrange the second half of my round trip package and I had to take a taxi.

We were picked up from the airport and taken straight to our hotel, there was no waiting around. We were also picked up from our hotel and taken straight to the airport. Great service.
