No one was at baggage claim to direct us to shuttle. No response to texts sent to Speedishuttle. Called Speedishuttle and told didn't see us on their list. Finally found it after I provided booking number. Told us to go from our baggage claim #20 to 31 and then outside to lot 5. Poor communication all around.

Entire staff was extremely helpful and especially welcoming after our long flight! Kolani called and let me know they were waiting for us in baggage claim. Shuttle took right to our hotel. Great staff I would Definitely use this service again!

The driver was very knowledgeable about the island and gave us some very useful information. All personnel were prompt and waiting for us so we didn't have to hunt for them.
