No sign with my name on arrival. I had to go around asking everyone if they were the Speedi Shuttle driver. Then on my trip back to the airport, the driver was late. Stopped at a hotel that they didn’t need to and didn’t get me to the airport until 90min before my flight.

The pickup from the airport to my hotel was a fine experience. The lady called my name out as I was approaching the baggage claim. She gave me a real lei and instructed me where to go. She even took my picture. This was the best part of my experience. I was told the return operator would be contacting me to inform me of the pickup time from my hotel. No one contacted me. On the day I was supposed to leave I was upset but was planning to get an Uber to take me to the airport. As my checkout was at 11:00 am and my flight leaving wasn’t until 5:08 pm, I checked my bags at my hotel and went to explore a little more before I headed to the airport. At 1:55 pm I received a phone call asking where I was and saying that my ride was at the hotel. I was only about 5 minutes up the street and told him so. I said I am heading back right now, I am sorry no one told me the time you would be arriving to pick me up. He hung the phone up on me without saying anything else. When I got back to the hotel exactly 5 minutes after he called, I called back and he said he had left and had other passengers to take to the airport. I asked would he be circling back to get me. He said no. No manners no anything. Don’t waste your money. I suggest a cheaper transfer. At least if they don’t tell you the time and you miss it, you will be out of less money than I was. Safe travels.
