The guide found us in the baggage claim and took us to the van. The van was new and clean and drove us to our hotel. Everyone was courteous and did all the heavy lifting.

Our plane was delayed. Van to pick us up was late also. We were told someone would be at the bagged claim that was not the case. We had to call to get someone to pick us up.
