I'm so sorry I did business with this company. The representative lied to my face about the pickup. The rep showed up 40 minutes late. I spent 17 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone. Never got through. I called 2 numbers only to listen to recorded advertisements about how wonderful they are. The driver would not answer questions on how the return works.
