If I could give 0 stars I would, safe to say I will never be booking through Viator or Speedy shuttles again! We had an unexpected hotel change on our trip, I contacted both the shuttle service & viator way over 24 hrs in advance. I spoke with 3 people. The first lady I spoke to helped us change the pick up location for the shuttle. We got a confirmation email about this change. At 2pm the day before the morning we were supposed to be picked up we got a call from speedy shuttles saying they never received an email and cancelled our ride. They told me to call Viator to see if they could resend the email. I called viator and a man helped us. After holding for 20 minutes he said the shuttle still cancelled. Not sure if anyone I spoke to even knew what they were talking about. Also pretty stressful to have to find a new ride to the airport under 24 hours in a foreign place, when I thought everything was figured out! Terrible customer service

BEWARE! These people are unreliable. We arrived in Honolulu, got our luggage and was contacted by phone from their "representative" all very timely. We had a 1:20 shuttle to our hotel reserved in advance and paid for. The representative was trying to find another party who was also reserved on our shuttle but couldn't find them after 25 more minutes. Then she comes over to us and says it will be another hour before the shuttle picks us up! The other man waiting said no way, he wanted a refund. I said to tell dispatch we were all leaving if they didn't get the shuttle there immediately and she just shrugged. The three of us shared a more expensive uber. We then cancelled our return trip with them, having no confidence they would get us to the airport for a timely departure.

Speedi shuttle transportation was on time on arrival at the airport as well as the pick up from the hotel. But you have to call them to confirm the pick up time.
