Waited for an hour for bus and they did not have us on the Speedy list. We were advised never to book the Viator.

Due to mandated COVID arrival procedures some customers unfortunately do not pass through the secure area into the baggage claim for up to 2 hours after their aircraft blocks at the arrival gate. This causes delays departing the airport to your final destination since we like to be cognizant of your companion shared ride customers arranged to travel with you. In the future, you may want to consider purchasing exclusive service. With this service there would be no waiting to depart the airport although the cost is greater and not the economy service you purchased.

Driver was social and pick up was as agreed. While they did not have my name on their list, they looked at my receipt and I had no problem. Thank you!

waited almost 2 hours at the airport for pick up, that is not what I expected for transportation to the hotel, there was a total of 8 of us so I believe smaller groups did not wait that long
