We waited for over 2 hours at our gate and outside where other cars were parked. It took over an hour to contact the service and then I had to walk to an outside bus area and finally found an agent…no car! They were waiting for a car and whenever it arrived would not go pick up the other three ladies and our luggage. I had to find another taxi which was a great ride and less than they had charged me. Needless to say I want my credit card refunded. You should not be recommending them.

It would be great to have clear and complete information on pickup location at the airport, otherwise service was great. Trying to call to find out where to be for the bus was impossible, I was on hold for about twenty minutes and had to hang up.
