When we came in we were received well but the return was a disaster and frankly as I told Viator never will I use your services. We had to ask one of your drivers to take us to arpt.

The shuttle was great! They gathered all of us to go outside and waited a few minutes and got called again to go inside the shuttle. Drop off went well, making 4-5 stops. I bought a round trip shuttle. I need to call them to schedule a pick up to go back to the airport. This was reasonably priced and a good experience. Thank you.

The van never showed up...!! When we inquired about it at the airport upon arriving we were told there was a mixup and we would need to wait two hours or find another way to get to the hotel. We were like, what??! There were several of us inquiring about our rides and apparently all their vans scheduled were screwed up. We all had questions and we were all calmly (seriously, calmly) asking them but the representative actually told me to “slow my roll”!!! And then after she explained the situation to me while others in the same situation were there listening, another person came up asking about their ride and the rep said to her “you already heard me tell her what’s happening so what’s your question now?”!!!! I mean, Goodness! Just terrible... I had to quickly mobilize and figure out if there was different transportation. There was a very kind airport worker who helped me find a different car service quickly who picked us up within 20 mins. It was not the way we expected to arrive to Hawaii for the first time. We didn’t even get our leis... :( I will say that someone from the company called me a few hours later to check in and ask how my pick up service was. I feel bad for her because I let her know how terrible the experience was and she was kind enough to credit us but frankly the experience had come and gone and it was not a good one. It’s too bad because most of the people I’ve interacted with here in Hawaii have been absolutely amazing and super kind.
