When we arrived at the baggage area, a representative approached us and confirmed our reservation. Once we retrieved our luggage and went to the representative for boarding our shuttle, we were told by the representative that there would be a two hour wait due to the shuttle driver being sent to the wrong location. At that point, we cancelled the reservation and paid for a taxi to our hotel. Very disappointed especially in the fact that we pre-paid for the reservation. We were told that we would be refunded our money. We asked for a confirmation number or receipt only to be told that it would take 5-7 business days to refund the money. As of today, no refund has been issued.

The reason I’m rating this poor because the shuttle service was unprofessional. We landed and had to wait 2 hours after our flight just to get to our hotel. Totally understand it is a shared shuttle BUT they have multiple shuttles coming and going it was chaos. I usually don't write reviews, but this was a must. Also they made us bring our bags on the bus told us to put them under the seats. THEY DID NOT FIT under the seats .. So we were forced to take up two seats because of ours bags. It was a struggle with a toddler and being pregnant to carry and lift heavy bags. It was overall slow service and would not recommend.

Most unorganized service. Nobody knows when the shuttle will come to pick up from airport. The attend at the airport was not able to find out the estimated time of pick up even after 45 minutes of waiting. The attendant was nice. We asked her to cancel our reservation and took a Lyft service to our hotel. Terrible experience after 10 hours flight. I don’t recommend.
