We had initially reserved the non-shared shuttle. They cancelled our reservation after emailed us the paid and confirmed confirmation. We had to book the shared ride which was triple the price and included the lei greetings so we can have a nice start as we arrived but we were very disappointed. The service was very unorganized and staff was not friendly or professional. The shuttle came late, rushed our group and another group saying that the driver wasn’t supposed to be there?!? We had booked the package with lei flower greetings and they said it didn’t show that on their records and told us to contact the tour company as they had nothing to do with it. We contacted the tour company via chat right away and no response! We want a refund for the extra that we paid for the flowers. We were very disappointed and it ruined the start of our trip!

There was no one at baggage claim to direct us as we were told. After asking several airport employees we finally found the pick up area. Once we got out there once again no sign after figuring out what shuttle it was we found the shuttle with no driver. Finally another person on the shuttle directed us over to a person sitting down on her phone. This took about an hour in all.

We waited over 2 hours after arriving for our transportation to arrive. We called several times to get a status, but the phone was either busy or no one answered. On the return, we set up the hotel pickup time the evening before our departure and they came 45 minutes later than the time they gave us. The driver arrived just as we were about to take a taxi.
