Did not have a good experience with the shuttle service. Our reservations indication air conditioned Mercedes van, but we were in an old shuttle bus. Our driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel. It was our first time in Honolulu. Luckily I pulled up the map to look at our hotel location and it’s was over 2 miles away. The driver apologized. At this point I was getting upset since we were the last drop off when we should’ve been the first drop off after driving around dropping everyone else off for almost 2 hours. I contacted Speedishuttle and waited over 20 minutes before I got a representative and I requested a refund or a credit and she referred me to customer care and didn’t acknowledge any of my complaint. I told the representative if I should contact Viator, all she said was sure you can do that too. That was the worst experience I’ve had with any shuttle service.

After a long flight, it was a perfect welcome to Hawaii! We didn't have to worry about a thing! The employees were professional, yet welcoming!!

Unfortunately the start of our vacation was delayed 2 hours waiting on Speedi transportation. We never received our lei greeting nor have we received a refund for that portion of the transportation. Thankfully they were on time for transfer back to the airport, but they did not bring a large enough bus to accommodate our party of 33 plus luggage.
