I recently had an awesome sportfishing charter with Fishing Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale on the "Big Game" (Cpt. Brett & 1st Mate Mick). I've been on a couple of charters down in Florida, and as fish aren't guaranteed, what makes this charter stand out from the rest? The crew was enthusiastic about fishing and would try various fishing techniques instead of turning and burning for 4 hours. The boat was clean, tidy, and had A/C. I cannot express enough how the crew goes above and beyond to provide the best experience for the customer. In our trip, we were lucky enough to catch a ~7 ft Sailfish. Once being reeled in close enough to the boat, the fish suddenly began to go under the boat. To prevent this, Mick went so far as to jump in the water to grab the line and with Brett pulling from the deck, we managed to get the fish on board before he slipped away. Overall, the crew provided top-notch service and a one of a kind fishing experience. I would definitely recommend this charter to anyone interested in sportfishing and will return in the future.

We had a great time on the morning trip with mick, Demi and capt paul. I took my almost 6 year old boy and he caught a good size barracuda and a blue runner. Everyone took turns reeling in a couple fish then we headed towards the wrecks to look for bigger game fish. They had the program down and worked their tails off trying to get us in the big ones. Couple of hook ups and a great time had by all. These guys were great with my son loved it. These guys are pros and know their business, they treated everyone like mates and we had a blast. Bring a sandwich and some drinks and enjoy. Highly recommended.
