Family and friends came to visit. I planned a whale watching excursion with Oceanside Adventures for an afternoon of fun and you did not disappoint! Perfect weather and we saw 3 whales! The captain and crew were top shelf and so knowledgeable about whales and sea life in general.

Everything was perfect. Saw Seven plus whales, hundreds of dolphins, seals, and awesome sunset. The staff was professional. boat was comfortable and clean. The price was very reasonable and they even had adult beverages for sale. The best whale watching tour of the many I have been on.

We hit the humpback whale feeding frenzy by accident on our whale watch and it was spectacular! The Captain was able to identify the pre-breeching behavior of the whales so we had our cameras ready. We saw at least 4 complete breeches (entire whale out of the water!). There were also 2 whales swimming on their backs, flapping their side flippers---amazing. Then the porpoises made it so fun by leaping in the air as if to out do the whales. Bring warm clothes for kids in case you get wet, everyone loved getting splashed but with the wind it is chilly out there so bring towels and sweatshirts to wrap up in if you do not have a change of clothes for the kids to stay warm! Some of the kids looked really cold on the way back to land. Really like the 2+ hour, not 4 hour time frame. You either have whales or you don't and 4 hrs is too long for kids 10 and under. All staff as excited about the whales as we where even tho they do this many times a day. Helped make it very special!
