We had a great cruise on the waters. Wish there had been more Whales, but that's the way it goes. Will definitely be going on another Whale Watching Tour this year with these guys!

We were pleased with the trip. We saw a few whales, but being they are animals, it is hard to tell when or if they will surface,, I guess for a better view of Whales, you would need to go to an area where they congregate more. We did see several surface, then dive again.. but the real high-light of the trip, was watching the Dolphins (Porpoise) bow riding our boat.. and there were hundreds of dolphins frolicking in the waters.. Over all, we were pleased, and thanks to Oceanside Adventures, this trip was kind of a freebie, as if you don't see any whales or dolphins, they do offer a rain check, and that is what this trip was, we went several months ago, and didn't see any whales or Dolphins, so got a rain check and came back in Jan. when the Whales are supposed to be migrating.. Overall, we were pleased... and for just a short drive from Phoenix, AZ.. it was well worth it to us..

We weren't lucky enough to see whales that day, but we had a blast watching the dozens of dolphins (and one sea lion who thought she was a dolphin) swim alongside and under the boat! And a couple of flying fish -- wasn't expecting that! The boat was comfortable, and the crew was friendly. It was hard to hear what the guide was saying about the animals we were seeing -- either he was talking too quietly, or the intercom system was too soft. I wasn't a fan of having music playing, but it was soft so not too disruptive. That said, it was an odd soundtrack. Light rock classics are best for mixed audiences, but there were many heavy rock songs mixed in that were unpleasant to listen to (and there were a lot of young children on the boat with us). All in all, a nice day on the water.
