We did not see any whales or dolphins but they did return our tickets to us and we can use them again they never expire.

The Caotain and the 2 attendants were very nice and friendly. Great service! Even though we didn't get to see any whales on this trip it was still very enjoyable!

we booked and paid at the chamber of commerce they did not advise the tour company so we could not go on saturday as the whale watch already booked. we went on Sunday . We did not see any whales, dolphins or any marine life except a pool of seals the ride out was over 10 miles out to sea the waves high and the ride very bumpy if you tend to be seasick do not take the tour

Your review has been shared with our staff as we work very hard to make sure everyone has an exceptional experience on our cruises and are sorry to hear your expectations were not met. The sea conditions are out of our control and we do advise to take precautions if you are prone to motion sickness. On occasion we need to cancel our trips if it is unsafe to sail but this was not the situation on your trip. Everyone received re-ride tickets that never expire since we didn't see and whales or dolphins.
