We enjoyed the experience of seeing the whales, a baby whale, and dolphins. Aubrey, Kaitlyn, and Chris were knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. We will definitely be doing this again!

We had great weather so that was a big plus. The crew were very informative and took time to explain things. Just really good customer service. A very pleasant experience. Recommend highly.

In the most treacherous ocean waves that we hit about 5 minutes in to the cruise, the captain should have turned back and have given the families and kids that needed to get off the opportunity to do so. Instead, they kept pushing on and 20 out of the 30 people on the boat were throwing up the entire time. To top it all, I saw 0 animals. Can’t say much for the customer service either. I understand that this level of waves is not common but the choices were not well made today and while I can’t blame the crew for us not seeing any animals, I am giving these guys a 1 star for the approach they took.

So sorry to hear your concerns about your whale watching trip, we have passed this on to the Captain. Please understand that while you may have felt this trip was uncomfortable and we regret you got sea sick, this trip was never unsafe. We constantly check weather in and around Oceanside ad we cancel when we need to. We also tell all our passengers when the seas are rough and to be prepared. We offer to reschedule if that is possible and even offer refunds before departure. Again, we are sorry if perhaps you were not told of the sea conditions and we will look into that for you.
