This is the only shark tour in the USA and to our knowledge the only tour where guests do not get in the water to view the sharks. Delight in close-up views of sharks and a variety of other marine life. In this eco-friendly catamaran, travel through shallow waters to a location a few miles from shore, observing dolphins, stingrays, barracudas and native birds along the way. Bait is used to attract lemon, nurse and other types of sharks to the side of the boat. What To Expect

Key West Extreme Adventures Shark Tours

After check-in, the Tiger Cat will cruise through Key West harbor on the way to the Key West National Wildlife Refuge. Here guests will see numerous sharks and a variety of wildlife including dolphin.

Key West

Travel through shallow water close to mangrove islands as you make your way about 4 miles (6.4 km) away from shore to the shark viewing site. Along the way, keep your eyes open for dolphin, sea turtles, stingrays, barracudas, tarpon and an array of native birds. Listen to your experienced pilot discuss the delicate ecosystem of this area and its abundance of wildlife. Enjoy complimentary water, soda, juice — as well as the use of polarized sunglasses — during your trip. When you arrive at the shark destination, get ready for an unforgettable experience! Your pilot will use bait to draw a host of sharks that swim right up to the boat so you and your family can observe them in safety and comfort. See numerous lemon and nurse sharks, and watch out for bull, black tip and hammerhead sharks during nearly one hour of shark viewing. Capture dramatic photos you can't wait to share with family and friends.

Great experience, not at all a tourist factory, you can feel that Captain Dave and his son are passionate about sharks, dolphins and the ocean. They are very careful, extra sweater in case or on a cold, soda, bottles of water and chips ...... They do not watch the watch, our 2:30 hour outing, after the sharks, on the return to the port, each time we saw dolphins the captain turned around and stopped the boat so that we could see the see We are very, very happy ..... To redo thanks again

I live here in Key West and always book this tour for my company. Today was about my 15th time out. It NEVER gets old. Always exciting. I just got back from today’s tour, everything was amazing. Lemon sharks everywhere! Saw the largest pod of dolphins EVER, they were almost interactive, rushing by the boat, swimming around and coming back to boat. Jumping high in the air and lots of tail slaps! Wow!!!!! Best eco-tour ever. Capt Ken and Clay are the best!

Sharks !!!!! Captain Ken and his son, Cody, seem to have a personal relationship with about 10 or 12 sharks, who came around almost as soon as they anchored. We have amazing photos of these beautiful animals leaping for fish held out for them by Cody. Later, we followed 2 or 3 dolphins for a while, as they played and leaped from the water. Plus, we had been set for a 10 a.m. slot, but as we were the only 2 booked, that had to be cancelled. Ken tried to reach us by phone, but then just waited around for us when I did not answer -- to be sure we understood. Full refund was offered, but we decided to see if more folks would book for the 2 pm slot and we sure were glad we did !!
