This is the only shark tour in the USA and to our knowledge the only tour where guests do not get in the water to view the sharks. Delight in close-up views of sharks and a variety of other marine life. In this eco-friendly catamaran, travel through shallow waters to a location a few miles from shore, observing dolphins, stingrays, barracudas and native birds along the way. Bait is used to attract lemon, nurse and other types of sharks to the side of the boat. What To Expect

Key West Extreme Adventures Shark Tours

After check-in, the Tiger Cat will cruise through Key West harbor on the way to the Key West National Wildlife Refuge. Here guests will see numerous sharks and a variety of wildlife including dolphin.

Key West

Travel through shallow water close to mangrove islands as you make your way about 4 miles (6.4 km) away from shore to the shark viewing site. Along the way, keep your eyes open for dolphin, sea turtles, stingrays, barracudas, tarpon and an array of native birds. Listen to your experienced pilot discuss the delicate ecosystem of this area and its abundance of wildlife. Enjoy complimentary water, soda, juice — as well as the use of polarized sunglasses — during your trip. When you arrive at the shark destination, get ready for an unforgettable experience! Your pilot will use bait to draw a host of sharks that swim right up to the boat so you and your family can observe them in safety and comfort. See numerous lemon and nurse sharks, and watch out for bull, black tip and hammerhead sharks during nearly one hour of shark viewing. Capture dramatic photos you can't wait to share with family and friends.

What an amazing experience! Are you thinking you'd be in deep trouble if you encountered sharks while swimming in the ocean? Ride out into the channel as Captain Dave puts you at ease in what would normally be a too-close-for-comfort zone. Watch the sharks and their antics while positioned a few arm lengths from them. This is where you will learn the difference in myths and truths about these fish! While capturing shark photos, you will actually see their teeth, too. Yep! You will be that close! Next..As you move onto the dolphins' habitat, you may or may not see their teeth. But, be assured, you will be welcomed with their charm, wit, and smiles. You will learn surprising and new traits about them that have never come to mind. Finally, at trip's end, as you cruise toward shore, you'll realize that you now have your own stories to tell about a great sea experience. Incredible adventure.

We came here on a cruise and saw them right off the docks. Wife loves sharks so we took the tour We had a great time. Guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Saw dolphins right away. When we got out to the area for the sharks they appeared right away. Tons of lemon sharks. We watched as they were lured with fish and it was an amazing experience to see these wonderful animals up close Worth the money and highly recommended

We had a fantastic time . The captain and crew (son) were awesome. Extremely informative and welcoming . They took us to great spots to view lemon sharks and dolphins. I would highly recommend it
