The Shrimp is sourced from local shrimping families at their boat docks a few hours before your shrimp boil to choose the largest, freshest, wild-caught local shrimp available. Mister Gregory, "The Shrimp Boil King of New Orleans" grew up in the Gulf South shrimping and boiling and advocating for wild-caught Gulf Shrimp and the "eat it to save it" culinary approach. Please join us for live local music and a lovely dinner party, make some new friends and eat the very best shrimp in the world.

Outstanding Shrimp Boil Dinner and Cabaret! We are a family of 5 (two grandparents and three grandsons ages 18, 17 and 17). Mr. Gregory was welcoming and friendly and an excellent chef who explained all the ingredients, how he made the food, and the origin of each dish. The food was unique to us and wonderfully delicious. The two cabaret entertainers were fabulous -- great singers, very funny, unique performers and performance, and lots of fun. This was a perfect evening and we highly recommend it for a delicious dinner, fun entertainment, and a great way to experience a part of New Orleans culture!

We had such a great time, and the food was amazing! Some of the best we've had in New Orleans. Learning about the history of some of the ingredients and what it was like to grow up in the area was super interesting. We loved the entertainment as well, a unique duo, who were a lot of fun.

The chef is incredible. Food is epic and the music / cabaret entertainment blew our mind in terms of how awesome it was. One of the best tour experiences we’ve ever had.
